And happy re-opening! hehe.. Yay! I finally re-opened my blog after almost about three months!
There are still tones of stuff I haven’t put up yet …

A few month ago, there was a post on VFS blog to introduce a book design project that our class had done in Term 4.
The administrator asked some of us to provide them with a bit of information with pictures to give them more ideas of how it was done and why it was such a great experience.
FireFox 42.6% vs IE 52.0%
Okay, it’s Saturday night, and the re-designing process is still not completed.
I can say it’s about 95% done, but that’s only for FireFox and Safari; IE still hates me and I hate it more than ever now.
As a matter of fact, I got a feeling that this won’t be done even after a week from now since I’m going away for a church retreat for four days, and then, a few deadlines will be coming up right after the labor day.
So I’m guessing.. it would be sometime in the late-September when I get this finally all done. In the meantime, I think I’ll have to change this back to my old theme. Otherwise it will look all messed up for a whole month to IE users.
Since I was frustrated by the fact that I couldn’t ignore IE users all the time,
I searched for current browser stats and found a very interesting result on that from w3schools
I knew that FireFox was getting more popular year by year, but I thought it was still a long way to go for FireFox to beat IE. Well, I was wrong; look at that! For July 2008, if you add the numbers for IE 5, 6 and 7 together, there’s now only 9.4% of difference between FireFox(42.6%) and IE(52.0%).
Good to see that now there are that many people using FireFox.
Here’s the direct link to the chart (2002-2008).
