Constructivism Poster

In History and Appreciation class in term 1, we learned about different movements and artists in the modern art history, and after each class we, as teams of 5~6, were supposed to make a poster “in the style?” we talked about during that day’s class.

For this one, we tried to talk about Global Warming. We played around with geometrical shapes and at the end of the green arrow we put a little shape of house to represent “the green house effect.” The red letters, “GWB,” stand for “George W. Bush.”

Our team (Andrea, AnaKaren, Semir, SuHyang, and Annie) had about five posters througout the term, and this was the only one that our instructor, Babak, actually liked. haha.. It felt really really good when he said he liked it :)
